I spent years wondering why I was the way I was. Astrology gave me the language to finally understand.
I overthought everything, looked outside myself for answers and found it easier to care for others than to choose myself.
For years, I followed the path I thought I was supposed to take. I built a career in nursing, became the person others could rely on and learnt how to care for everyone around me, while quietly becoming disconnected from my own needs, desires and direction.
Then, in 2020, the life I knew began to unravel. A relationship ended, I moved home and found myself questioning who I was beneath the roles, expectations and version of success I had spent years building.
Astrology became the language I didn’t know I was searching for.
For the first time, I stopped asking, ‘What’s wrong with me?’ and began to understand why I am the way I am.
My chart reflected the contradictions I had judged, the patterns I kept repeating and the gifts I had not yet learnt to trust.
But the deepest transformation wasn’t simply discovering more about myself. It was learning how to lead myself.
Astrology helped me recognise where I had been living through conditioning, people-pleasing, fear and where life was asking me to trust my own inner knowing.
