The Soul Blueprint is a personalised astrology reading prepared using the birth details and other information you submit. The standard service includes:

• A personalised PDF guide, generally approximately 15 pages and occasionally longer depending on the chart.
• An educational astrology introduction and the moon phase under which you were born.
• Interpretation of your Big 3, key houses and patterns, major aspects, supporting houses and bonus supporting aspects.
• Interpretation through The Soul Pattern Method, including core meaning, shadow, growth and business themes where applicable.
• Business alignment and business transits and timing.
• A How to Use This Guide section, including optional ideas for continuing reflection with third-party AI tools.
• Seven consecutive calendar days of reasonable follow-up messaging support via Instagram DMs or Telegram, beginning when the completed reading is delivered.

The $30 Loom add-on includes a private personalised video walkthrough delivered alongside the PDF. Unless expressly stated otherwise, it does not include a live call.

The current promotional price is AUD $99 for the standard Soul Blueprint. The optional Loom add-on is AUD $30, making the combined price AUD $129. Prices may change for future purchases. The price shown at checkout at the time of purchase applies to your order.

Payment is processed by Stripe. You are responsible for ensuring your payment and contact information are accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

After payment, you must complete the Soul Blueprint birth-details form. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including your date of birth, exact birth time where known, birthplace, email address and any requested context.

Astrological houses and the Rising sign are time-sensitive. If your birth time is unknown, approximate or inaccurate, the reading may be limited or affected. I am not responsible for inaccuracies caused by information you supplied.

If you discover an error after work has begun, corrections or rework may be declined or may require an additional fee agreed with you in advance.

Your completed Soul Blueprint will ordinarily be delivered by email within 2 weeks after I receive your completed birth-details form and all information reasonably required to begin. If you purchase the Loom add-on, the Loom will be delivered alongside the PDF.

If an unexpected illness, emergency, technical issue or other circumstance outside my reasonable control may delay delivery, I will contact you as soon as reasonably practicable and provide an updated timeframe.

Nothing in this clause limits rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

You may request a change-of-mind cancellation by emailing Natalyatramoundanas@gmail.com before I begin creating your personalised reading.

Work begins when I start reviewing, calculating, researching, interpreting, writing or designing any part of your reading. Because the service is personalised, I may begin work soon after receiving your completed form.

Once work has begun, I do not offer a refund for change of mind. If I agree to cancel before work begins, any refund may exclude non-refundable third-party transaction fees to the extent permitted by law and clearly disclosed to you.

If I cancel the service and cannot provide it, you will receive an appropriate refund for any unprovided portion. If the service has a major problem or does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

You agree to communicate respectfully and not use the service or support channels for abusive, threatening, unlawful or harassing conduct. I may pause or end non-essential support if this term is breached. This does not remove any rights or remedies you may have under law.

I retain ownership of The Soul Pattern Method, templates, written structures, educational material, branding, processes and other pre-existing intellectual property used to create the service.

Upon full payment, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use your completed Soul Blueprint for your own personal reflection and internal business development.

You must not copy, reproduce, resell, publish, distribute, teach from, commercially exploit, remove attribution from or create a competing product based substantially on the guide or methodology without my prior written permission.

You may share brief excerpts for personal social-media purposes if they do not disclose proprietary material and credit Natalya Tramoundanas where reasonable.

I will not publish your name, testimonial, identifiable chart information, screenshots or reading excerpts for marketing without your permission.

If you consent, you may withdraw consent for future use by emailing me; withdrawal will not require recall of material already lawfully published or printed where recall is impracticable.

The service may use or link to third-party platforms including Stripe, Jotform, email, Loom, Instagram and Telegram. Those platforms operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

I am not responsible for an interruption or security incident wholly within a third-party platform that is beyond my reasonable control, but I will take reasonable steps within my control to protect your information and assist with service delivery.

The Disclaimer below forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your reliance on an interpretation, decision you make, third-party platform or use of the AI Continuation Guide.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase the service, or have the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

If purchasing for another adult, you must have their permission to provide their personal and birth information.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

You submit to the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction in Queensland, subject to any rights you have to bring a claim elsewhere under applicable consumer law.

The version accepted at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. I may update these terms for future purchases by publishing an updated version and date.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be read down or removed to the minimum extent required, and the remainder will continue to operate.
