• Identity and contact details, such as your name, email address and social-media or Telegram username.
• Birth information, including date, exact or approximate time and place of birth.
• Information you voluntarily provide about your personal life, relationships, work, business, goals, patterns or questions.
• Order and transaction information, such as the service purchased, payment status and transaction identifiers. I do not receive or store your full card details.
• Communications, support questions, feedback, testimonials and consent records.
• Technical information that may be collected through the website or service providers, such as device, browser, IP address, cookies or usage data.
• Any other information reasonably required to deliver the service or respond to an enquiry.

I may collect information directly from you through the website, Stripe checkout, Jotform birth-details form, email, Instagram, Telegram, Loom, enquiries, support conversations and feedback.

I may also receive limited information from service providers that help process your purchase or deliver the service.

• To process purchases, identify orders and provide receipts.
• To calculate, interpret, create and deliver your personalised Soul Blueprint and optional Loom.
• To provide follow-up support and respond to questions or complaints.
• To maintain business, tax, accounting, security and consent records.
• To improve the service and troubleshoot technical problems.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect lawful rights.
• To send marketing only where you have consented or where otherwise permitted, with an option to unsubscribe.

I may disclose the minimum information reasonably necessary to service providers supporting payment, forms, communications, video delivery, website hosting, cloud storage, accounting, security or professional advice.

Current platforms may include Stripe, Jotform, email providers, Loom, Instagram and Telegram.

I do not sell your personal information. I do not publish identifiable chart information, testimonials, screenshots or reading excerpts without permission.

I may disclose information where required or authorised by law, to address suspected fraud or security incidents, or to protect legal rights and safety.

Some service providers operate or store data outside Australia, including potentially in the United States and other countries where their infrastructure, affiliates or subprocessors are located.

The countries involved may change and may not always be practicable for me to identify. By using these services, your information may be processed in jurisdictions with privacy laws different from Australia.

I take reasonable steps appropriate to my business to select reputable providers and limit information shared.

Information may be held in password-protected accounts, cloud platforms, email, forms, payment records, messaging services and working files.

I take reasonable administrative and technical steps appropriate to a small business to protect information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

I retain personal information only for as long as reasonably required to deliver the service, provide support, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes and meet tax or other legal obligations.

When no longer reasonably required, information may be securely deleted or de-identified, subject to backups and legal retention requirements.

You may request access to personal information I hold about you or ask for it to be corrected by emailing Natalyatramoundanas@gmail.com .

I may need to verify your identity. I will respond within a reasonable period and explain any lawful reason if access or correction cannot be provided in full.

You may choose not to provide certain information, but I may be unable to calculate or deliver an accurate personalised reading without required birth and contact details.

You can unsubscribe from marketing using the unsubscribe method provided or by emailing me. Transactional and service-related communications may still be sent where necessary.

The service is intended for adults. Do not submit another person’s birth details or personal information unless you have authority or consent to do so.

If you believe a child’s information has been provided without appropriate consent, contact me so I can take reasonable action.

I will acknowledge and investigate the matter and aim to respond within 30 days.

I may update this Privacy Policy when my services, providers or legal obligations change.

The current version will be published with its last-updated date. Material changes will apply prospectively unless the law requires otherwise.
